Key Features

  • Aesthetic finish
  • Superior mechanical resistance
  • Good chemical and physical resistance
  • Easy-to-clean, bacteria- and moisture-resistant surface

Mixing & Application

Mixing: pour all of Part B into Part A, mix 2–3 minutes at 300–450 RPM, then gradually add Part C (aluminum oxide) and mix until evenly dispersed. Apply using a dip-and-roll method with an 18" roller and 10mm lint-free nap; load from a pan, redistribute aggregate before applying, apply at 4–6 mils, and maintain a wet edge. Clean tools with xylene; once cured, material must be removed mechanically. Substrate moisture ≤4%; substrate must be ≥3°C above dew point; avoid condensation; apply in a ventilated area; protect from moisture during the first 24 hours.
