Aliphatic Polyaspartic

A two-component, 100% solids coating engineered for UV-stable floor topcoats. The system provides outstanding appearance along with superior chemical, UV, and solvent resistance while meeting CFIA compliance standards. Designed for long working times with minimal odor. Primary applications include marine protection, UV-stable topcoats, aircraft hangar floors, low temperature equipment, maintenance facilities, offshore platforms, industrial shop floors, car washes, secondary containment, cooling towers, bridges, and wastewater treatment plants.

Key Features

  • Superior chemical resistance
  • Excellent UV, weather, and abrasion resistance
  • Non-yellowing with high gloss retention
  • Easy 1:1 mix ratio
  • Very low odor, suitable for indoor use
  • Excellent adhesion to existing coatings and substrates
  • VOC compliant in Canada and all 50 U.S. states

Mixing & Application

Precondition materials to at least 15°C. Mix each component separately, then combine Part B into Part A (1:1 ratio) and mix at least 3 minutes at low speed (300–450 RPM), scraping sides and bottom. Only mix quantities usable within pot life. Apply using a rubber squeegee or rake, then back-roll for a uniform coating; avoid puddling. Clean tools with xylene; once cured, material can only be removed mechanically. Old concrete requires mechanical preparation (shot blasting, grinding, or sand blasting) and removal of oils/sealers/curing agents; new concrete must cure at least 30 days, with primer (SCI-100) recommended. Do not apply on porous substrates prone to moisture transfer; protect from moisture and condensation for 24 hours.
