IC-440 is a two-component, thixotropic, structural epoxy system designed for vertical and horizontal crack repairs. It provides excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood, metals, and plastics. This system complies with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (C.F.I.A.).

Mixing & Application
Precondition all components to ≥15°C (59°F). Mix full units only; pour Part B into Part A (2A:1B by volume), mixing with a low-speed drill mixer (300–450 RPM) for 3 minutes, scraping walls and bottom. Apply using a putty knife or trowel, pushing material into the crack to ensure a full fill; product may be recoated or topcoated. Surface must be clean and profiled (abrasive blasting, shot blasting, or diamond grinding; acid etching if necessary), free of dust, laitance, oil, grease, and sealers. Substrate temperature must be ≥3°C above dew point. Do not apply to damp, porous, or moisture-transmitting surfaces; not recommended for exterior ground-level use. Protect from water/condensation/moisture for 24 hours after application. May discolor under UV exposure. Clean tools immediately with xylene; cured material must be removed mechanically.
