Fast-Cure Moisture Vapor Barrier Coating
Model IC-100 MVB-FCFast cure moisture vapor barrier epoxy coating designed as primer, bonding agent, or topcoat for concrete and finished floors.
This is a 100% solids, two-component fast-cure moisture vapor barrier epoxy. It controls moisture vapor emission up to 25 lb./24 hr./1000 ft² and demonstrates rapid curing even at low temperatures. The coating provides excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties.

Mixing & Application
Two-component mix, 2A:1B by volume (100:39:45 by weight). Apply as primer (16 mils) or finish (8–12 mils); slurry and trowel systems with 50%/85% sand loading available. Avoid porous ground-level substrates or high humidity conditions. Protect surface for 24 hours from humidity, water, condensation. UV exposure may cause discoloration.
